Spyda World Foundation dba Spyda's World Organization

 

Spyda World Foundation: vision is to become a model for integrating and supporting memorable experiences that enhance the life and education of each individual at all levels when it comes to Mental Illness. Offering housing to indiviuals registered with their local Mental Health Agency. Our program provides indiviuals with the time they need to identify and begin to address the multiple barriers and factors that contribute to their chronic homelessness. While under our care we offer help with budgeting and social skills while preparing for economic and housing stability. It is our goal that each person will transition into permanent housing within their community on their own. Part of the program will also focus on fitness through sports couseling which will aid in keeping each person motivated through movement via exercise.

 

Spyda’s World Organization (S.W.O.): works to entertain and educate not only the youth but the entire family by offering developmental skills for the youth and streetball game events. The youth will be provided with a unique opportunity to work on their self-esteem through the sport of fundamental basketball development and workout routine. Our vision on entertaining the entire family is through 'Streetball Evolution' game/events held throughout; inviting various AND1 teammates and celebraty friends to participate in bringing awareness.

 

Our Vision is to assist the youth with finding other ways to release their anxiety and frustration through the form of exercise with the involvement of the community through the world of sports. Working closely with other Mental Illness Health Organizations, offering the newest innovative way of marketing in bringing awareness to those in need in various local communities throughout the United States. Using our streetball events to set the trend for Non-Traditional Marketing, we hope to engage others to incorporate our event into their annual planning treatment for those looking to transition back into an overall healthier lifestyle through sports and couseling.
