“Spyda’s World Organization” is located in the heart of Atlanta but aiding those with the most “Challenges” in all areas throughout the US and Internationally. S.W.O. is linking up with other organizations to workout with consumers, mentor those who are looking to transition from their current state and educate those in communities all over the country on how to have fun while putting their Mind, Health and Education First.
S.W.O. is about creating a fun place, space and environment where today's youth and adults can get involved, active and stay motivated through a day in the life. Staying in shape can turn stressful energy into motivational energy and keep the mind sharp at all times. S.W.O. is using Streetball as a marketing avenue in bringing awareness to Mental Illness around the world.

Mental Illness Awareness
S.W.O. wants you to get more involved in doing something that will make you feel good either by helping yourself or someone you know and love. The message we are looking to convey is raising awareness of Mental Illness though our event called ‘On The Court With A Cause: Bouncing Out the Stigma’ tour. Spyda has taken his years and skills in playing streetball for other companies such as AND1, AND1 Live and S.K.Y. and has transitioned himself into playing for his own organization. In an effort to remove the shame and other bad connotations associated with people, especially athletes; S.W.O is taking the stand to help others better understand mental illness. S.W.O. is breaking down the social barriers and hoping to provide empowerment to those suffering with a mental illness once they have admitted that they are suffering with a disease of the mind. ‘On The Court With A Cause’ is our advocacy part of the organization where we are offering various mental health agencies an opportunity to market their agencies through our unique style and approach to aiding them in recruiting additional consumers.
FACT: In the United States, depression affects nearly 3 million men and four times as many men then women will die by suicide. Women 18 to 45 years of age account for the largest proportion of people suffering from depression. 1 in every 3 women are diagnosed with a form of mental illness. Children with Bipolar disorder is more likely to affect the children of parents who have the disorder. When one parent has bipolar disorder, the risk to each child is estimated to be 15-30%. When both parents have bipolar disorder, the risk increases to 50-75%.

S.W.O. is all about high-self-esteem! The future health and wealth of the country are indissolubly knotted. Currently Americans are not as healthy as they could or should be, in large part due to the obesity epidemic. We are partnering with various organizations that are in place to aid those who are ready to start a new healthy beginning by first eating right and ready to commit to an exercise regime created for each person by a professional trainer. FACT: Obesity rates have more than doubled in the past 30 years. Two-thirds of adults and one-third of children are now overweight or obese. It is one of the biggest health crises the country has ever faced, and we’re at a crossroads for how we deal with it and where it will take our economy. Obesity is among the biggest drivers of preventable diseases and health care costs in the United States.

Bullying Prevention Program
S.W.O. is raising awareness and helping the ones being bullied by partnering up with agencies all over the country to help those in need. Spyda is personally speaking to the kids educate and empower them on how to speak out against bullying. S.W.O. is also speaking to the parents and school staff about taking bullying seriously and how to recognize it. S.W.O. is partnering with programs and schools to create an environment of respect, kindness, and humanity within our schools and community.

FACT: Sadly, over 50% of kids will be bullied. Each day 160,000 students miss school for fear of being bullied, and 282,000 students are physically attacked in secondary schools each month. The incidences of mental and verbal bullying are of course much higher. Social media and texting have made things much worse. And what is most tragic is when we hear in the news that a child has taken their own life because they were bullied.

S.W.O. is connecting individual adults and youths directly with experienced professionals is one of the most significant advantage and rewarding service we can offer. We care deeply about people’s development, success, and contribution to their future profession. S.W.O. emphasise the importance of a healthier lifestyle, acquiring better eating habits, daily physical activities and learning how to apply different training and transitional techniques to life.
In addition to working with the adults and the youth while creating educated and skilled future employee's, Spyda has created various incentive that are being implemented in schools and recreational center programs.
FACT: S.W.O. mentoring programs are designed primarily for the wellness and benefit of those who choose to transitional from their current situation while assisting them to develop healthy relationships with specific goals and expectations that are created in a well-designed program. Mentoring requires a willingness to share, listen and provide advice in a flexible and professional relationship.

Our transitional homes providestransitional housing to males and females 18 years and above who are transitioning from homelessness while dealing with a form of Mental Illness or released from incarceration. For some, fees are based on a sliding scale range according to income.
Service Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm MON - FRI, SUN
Eligibility: homeless males and females 18 years of age and above
